2. Payment
• Once the order has been confirmed, buyers should make payment transaction within 2 working days. (strictly obey this rule).
• If buyers do not make any payment, the order would be canceled and the buyer would be blacklisted.
• Late payments would cause your order queue postponed to the next term.
3. Confirmation Of Payment
• Do email us your payment information, such as, payment method, time, date, payment amount, serial number or print screen or other payment proof. We will confirm it to you ASAP.
4. Confirmation Of Delivery
• Once we confirmed your payment, we will send the tracking number through email/phone text.
• We will post up the tracking numbers and send the tracking number to your email/mobile.
• We only use POSLAJU for order within Malaysia due to safety reason. For foreign customers, we do not provide the service yet.(available soon)
5. Shipping Method & Fees
• Please refer HERE for the fees. We will ship from Selangor, Malaysia. Most of the products weight would be posted, if not, please refer to us.
• We will make sure that the items are in good condition and are well-packaged before delivering the item and we will not be held responsible for lost or damages caused during delivery of the items.
