For Fast Reference
Shipping for 500 grams and below,
Peninsular Msia, RM6.00, add RM1.50 for each 250 grams additional weight.
Sarawak, RM8.50, add RM2.00 for each 250 grams additional weight.
Sabah, RM9.50, add RM3.00 for each 250 grams additional weight.
For Self Pick Up (COD)
Currently we're providing this service at two locations only :

Information on How We Calculate the Delivery Cost
Minimum weight is 500 grams, & additional of each 250 grams would cost additional fees of respective place of delivery. We're delivering from Selangor. For charges applied on your delivery, please refer to the table below or the fast reference located above.
However,
The above amount is not inclusive of 23% fuel surcharge and 5% GST.
So we need to do the calculation of :
[Shipping Fees(1.23)][1.05] = Actual Shipping Price
Example for Zone 2 : Item weight 250g.
Shipping Fee : Rm4.5x1.23x1.05 = Rm5.8, We top up the Rm0.20 to Rm6 for easier transaction.

2. Payment
• Once the order has been confirmed, buyers should make payment transaction within 2 working days. (strictly obey this rule).
• If buyers do not make any payment, the order would be canceled and the buyer would be blacklisted.
• Late payments would cause your order queue postponed to the next term.
3. Confirmation Of Payment
• Do email us your payment information, such as, payment method, time, date, payment amount, serial number or print screen or other payment proof. We will confirm it to you ASAP.
4. Confirmation Of Delivery
• Once we confirmed your payment, we will send the tracking number through email/phone text.
• We will post up the tracking numbers and send the tracking number to your email/mobile.
• We only use POSLAJU for order within Malaysia due to safety reason. For foreign customers, we do not provide the service yet.(available soon)
5. Shipping Method & Fees
• Please refer HERE for the fees. We will ship from Selangor, Malaysia. Most of the products weight would be posted, if not, please refer to us.
• We will make sure that the items are in good condition and are well-packaged before delivering the item and we will not be held responsible for lost or damages caused during delivery of the items.

3. All sales are FINAL. Absolutely NO CHANGES will be entertained for any reason.
4. Postage is done via POSLAJU , and posting will only be done on Saturdays.

7. T.F.D reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that: - any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded- any points are recorded in error and- any points relate to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
8. T.F.D reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended regardless will always override the existing Terms and Conditions.

• T.F.D member referral programme are open to all existing T.F.D member only.
How do you refer
• There's an option in the registration form page for referral's email, tell your friend(s) to fill your email address in the referral's email box. EXAMPLE
• Referral will gain 20 points upon every single successful of new referee(your friend) sign up with purchase.
• Besides that, when your referee(s) make their second purchase onwards, you get minimal points too based on their purchased item value.
• If your friend doesn't want to be a member, he/she can purchase the item with the order form and fill your email address in the referral's email box EXAMPLE and you would get 20 points too. BUT, you would not enjoy the points gain from your referee from the second purchase onwards.

Member points earned are non-transferable, sellable or assignable to other person.
Redemption is solely for next merchants purchase. Delivery charges will not be encountered for point redemption.
